Biography
With a combined legal experience of 45 years and the unwavering passion for law that runs through their veins, Robert Reeve started as a sole practice in 2003 and was later joined by his son, Craig Reeve, in 2015 to fulfil their shared passion and vision.
With offices in Sydney and Port Stephens, New South Wales, Reeve Law is a family-run boutique law firm trusted by clients and respected in the Australian legal industry.
While Reeve Law has come a long way since its humble beginnings, we’re proud that our foundations are strongly built upon a human approach to legal services. Our team work with clients to always provide accessible and practical legal services to ensure great outcomes and long-term relationships.

Craig Reeve
Legal Practitioner Director
Craig is an established legal practitioner who offers clients his expertise, passion and agile approach to all legal matters. With over 10 years of practising law, Craig’s passion and drive for delivering reliable legal assistance to clients have never faltered. Every successful outcome inspires him to become even better at what he does every day.
Craig’s legal career began in a support role with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, as he also commenced his legal studies. He completed his study of law during the time and progressed to a paralegal position with Abigroup Contractors (subsequently acquired by the Lend Lease Group). Afterwards, Craig gained valuable experience in advising on all aspects of major building, construction and engineering projects as a Legal Counsel for Lend Lease Building.
In 2015, he departed his role with Lend Lease and started gaining experience in the entertainment industry in a legal capacity. He also committed himself to gaining immense knowledge in property, conveyancing and general commercial matters with Reeve Law.
Today, Craig is the Legal Practitioner Director of Reeve Law firm and sets the bar high for strong legal practise. Clients appreciate Craig’s unending dedication and friendly approach, making each matter far more seamless for everyone.
Robert Reeve
Special Counsel
Robert Reeve is a veteran in the Australian legal industry, being well-established, well-known and well-respected by clients and colleagues alike. Having extensive experience in practising general commercial, property, entertainment and media law, Robert embodies informed advice combined with fresh thinking.
Starting out as a solicitor in NSW in 1977, Robert has conducted private practice with top-tier and mid-tier law firms in Sydney CBD for over 40 years. He has also held senior executive positions within the entertainment industry, including General Counsel/Head of Business Affairs of Becker Group Limited and Prime Media Group Limited. A significant part of his career involved representing film and television producers, distributors, industry organisations and government agencies.
With decades of valuable private practice experience, he now offers this in a more personalised and bespoke way, nurturing a steady stream of long-term clients who trust the high quality of his legal services.
